HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM: On April 13, 2012, area high school students are invited to attend a special program at McHenry County College. This program is produced in partnership with the McHenry County Sheriff's Department. For details, please call the MCBA Office, (815)338-9559.
ESSAY CONTEST: McHenry County middle school students are encouraged to participate in our Essay Contest.
SCHOOL VISITS PROGRAM: MCBA attorneys visit McHenry County 4th-5th grade classrooms. The attorney may conduct a mock trial with student participation, answer questions from students about the legal profession, or the attorney and teacher can discuss other options. 2012 LIBERTY BELL AWARD: The award is given each year to an individual or organization who:
- has promoted a better understanding of the rules of law or who has promoted a greater respect of law and the courts; or
- has stimulated a sense of civic responsibility or contributed to good government and the community.
2012 DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD: MCBA presents this award each year to a McHenry County attorney in recognition of dedicated service and contributions to the citizens of McHenry County.
